Running Control Panel From Command Line Windows

Below are the list command that we can use to manage the Windows Control Panel,
can be used by System Administrator to do admin task without login with admin account,
use the runas combination.

Find the Windows Update

Go to Start - Command Prompt then type "wmic qfe list"
