Slide Show Presentation B, W, Ctrl +P Keyboard Shortcut
During Slide Show Presentation there are some keys that we can use to manipulate the screen.
- B keyboard letter: to display black screen on the monitor or LCD projector, rather than switch the projector off. This purpose is to gain more audiences focus on our speaks instead of watching the screen.
When we press "b"on the keyboard during the slide show presentation the screen become black.
To return back to the slide show press "b" one more time.
- W keyboard letter : to display white screen on monitor or LCD projector, we can use white screen/blank screen to write or draw anything using pen from Pointer option. Press "W" again back to the presentation.
We can write or draw anything on this blank/white screen using Pointer option (right click somewhere to open the Pointer option.
- Ctrl + P : free to write or draw something (
annotation ) on the active presentation.
Right click anywhere on the active screen to view pointer option, to erase or clear any annotation
We can save the annotation into our presentation permanently.
